Job summary

Legence is seeking a Vice President of Operations to partner with the COO and segment Presidents, leading enterprise-wide operational standards across I&M and E&C. You will drive strategy, performance cadence, and hands-on resolution of complex operational challenges across multiple business units, including newly acquired entities.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership, 10+ years of senior operations experience, and the ability to manage P&L in a decentralized, multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive people management experience, including managing other operating leaders/managers.
• 10+ years of consulting, management, or senior operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience owning P&L or operating performance across multiple units in a decentralized environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and advance operational priorities across I&M and E&C segments with senior leaders.
• Own the enterprise operating rhythm with dashboards and accountability systems.
• Drive cross-segment synergies and best practices between installation/maintenance and engineering/consulting.
