Job summary

Theo is seeking a VP of Metals to build out our metal financing business. You will originate and structure metal leases, manage key counterparty relationships, and help shape product deployment across onchain assets like thGOLD and thSLVR.

• 6+ years in metals.
• Experience at bullion bank, trading house or broker.
• Deep understanding of metal financing and trade.
• Based in London, New York, Switzerland, Singapore or Dubai.
• Curiosity about onchain markets; crypto experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure metal leases and financing with bullion banks, refiners and trading houses
• Own key counterparty relationships across the major metals hubs
• Work with our CIO on pricing, risk and counterparty limits
• Shape how products like thGOLD and thSLVR source and deploy metal
