• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B SaaS or similarly complex tech.
• Experience leading an integrated marketing organization across multiple disciplines.
• Proven track record building demand and pipeline and linking investments to revenue.
• Experience taking complex products to market with positioning, launches, and pricing.
• Strong customer insight, market research, and competitive intelligence use in strategy.

• Set integrated marketing strategy aligned to company goals, growth, product roadmap, and markets.
• Define and evolve market position, messaging, and competitive points of view.
• Lead multi-product go-to-market with product, sales, enablement, and pricing input.
• Build a predictable growth engine through demand gen, web, campaigns, and lifecycle programs.
• Elevate product marketing with customer insights, market intelligence, and analyst perspectives.
• Strengthen brand and thought leadership with content, proof, and executive visibility.
• Plan events and experiences strategy and measurement for flagship events and conferences.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on GTM plans and feedback loops.
• Use data to improve decisions: pipeline, revenue, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative marketing team.
• Represent customers and the market to inform executive decisions.
