Job summary

Quincy Credit Union is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen the brand, and engage members across channels. This on-site role leads the marketing team and collaborates with departments to align campaigns with growth goals.

The position requires five to eight years in marketing, branding, and communications, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or communications and leading strategic marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy, brand management, content development, and creative writing; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support membership growth and product adoption.
• Oversee brand across channels including advertising, PR, and sponsorships; maintain consistent corporate identity.
• Lead and manage the Marketing Department including hiring, coaching, and performance planning.
• Direct development and management of digital content and communications; ensure assets are accurate and compliant.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and partners for effective campaigns.
• Coordinate community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events to boost visibility.
• Develop, administer, and monitor the annual marketing budget.
