Remote in the U.S.; candidate must reside in the U.S. and bring deep experience in digital marketing, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate growth and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive marketing experience required.
• 10+ years experience in a leadership capacity required.
• Experience building enterprise/institutional marketing elements required.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified enterprise marketing motion sharing channels, budgets, and resources.
• Define enterprise/institutional demand gen strategy, campaign frameworks, and channel approach.
• Lead subscription growth through disciplined multi-channel optimization and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on pipeline processes, infrastructure, and measurement.
• Advance the MarTech stack, data architecture, and AI-driven automation capabilities.
• Bring a strong marketing viewpoint to shared technology decisions and governance.
• Spearhead AI integration across marketing systems and workflows; show progress in year one.
• Partner with brand leadership on channel alignment, audience transition, and brand readiness.
• Coordinate digital presence continuity and marketing touchpoints through the rebrand.
• Lead content strategy: campaign messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
• Own the marketing budget; allocate strategically to maximize growth and performance.
• Build shared accountability models with internal teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a talented, driven marketing team.
