Your Role: Vice President of Marketing

As VP of Marketing, you'll define and lead the strategy that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting to the executive team, you’ll play a key role in scaling the business and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires a seasoned, data-driven SaaS marketer with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business growth goals
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team (hiring, mentoring, development)
  • Define brand positioning and messaging in partnership with executive leadership
  • Oversee content strategy, demand generation, and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts
  • Conduct market and competitive research to guide marketing strategy
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI across all initiatives
  • Build strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to amplify our reach


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with a focus on SaaS demand generation
  • Proven success scaling a company from $30M to $100M+ in revenue
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities
  • Data-savvy with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Track record of building and executing high-impact marketing strategies
  • Love of travel! This role will travel up to 50%

Compensation

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $150-185k.

The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.
