Job summary

WealthPlus, Inc. in New York City seeks a VP of Marketing to lead brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. You will align Marketing with Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive revenue and scale the function.

Reporting to executive leadership, you’ll build a high-performing team, establish metrics, and manage agencies and partners. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of marketing leadership in fintech or B2B financial services, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, retirement, wealth management, or related B2B industry.
• Strong experience across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, events, and product marketing.
• Experience working closely with Sales and executive leadership.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a growing organization and executing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy.
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and market presence.
• Lead digital marketing, content, email, social, and campaign strategy.
• Develop demand generation programs that support pipeline and revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales on lead generation, sales enablement, presentations, and collateral.

• Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Product and Technology on product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Establish marketing metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Build and manage the marketing team as the company grows.

The Vice President of Marketing will lead WealthPlus’ marketing strategy and execution across brand, communications, digital marketing, events, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and executive leadership to strengthen WealthPlus’ market position, support revenue growth, and build a scalable marketing function.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $175,000 - $205,000 for NYC in-person employees (commensurate with experience and geographic market).
