About The Role

As the VP of Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive new business acquisition and growth in existing accounts. You will be a key leader in building our next growth engine as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition and growth.
  2. Establish reporting mechanisms to track marketing activities and analyze performance.
  3. Set and monitor goals for MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, market penetration, product mix, budget, and ROI.
  4. Lead integrated campaigns across channels like email, social media, conferences, and digital platforms.
  5. Collaborate with sales to provide prospecting collateral and tools.
  6. Partner with external agencies to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  7. Work with sales operations and engineering teams to optimize our tech stack.
  8. Recruit and manage a top-tier marketing team.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of senior B2B software experience, with a proven track record in demand generation, content, and event marketing.
  2. Experience in scaling a hyper-growth startup.
  3. Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week.

Compensation
