Overview

William Street Partners has partnered with a private equity sponsor to seek a Vice President of Corporate Development to drive M&A efforts at a brand new portfolio company. The growth of this platform will include a series of acquisitions as they scale and build out a national business through partnering with best-in-class value added distribution companies.

The VP will have the support of an Associate and will quarterback deals from early discussions with sellers, all the way to close. The focus will be more on execution than origination. This role will have great visibility and regular interaction with the CDO, CEO, CFO as well as the private equity sponsors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new platform at the ground level. This person will help build out the M&A function and play a very critical and impactful role in executing the overall investment strategy.

Compensation will be highly competitive and will include a meaningful equity stake.
