Qualifications

• Seven years of cross-functional governance and program management in a technology environment.
• Five or more years leading enterprise governance, PMO, ITSM, or technology operations.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to create a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee enterprise technology program management across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks for cybersecurity, information security, data, AI, ITSM, and technology standards.
• Align technology programs with business objectives to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead data and AI governance initiatives, including policies, standards, oversight, and risk-based use case evaluation.
