Job summary

CoorB is a forward-thinking fintech partner delivering digital finance solutions through process automation, analytics, and customer-centric design. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector while aligning governance, compliance, and strategic goals.

Lead governance structures, manage cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance, and build delivery frameworks that scale with innovation and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project/Program Management, with 5+ years in banking or Fintech.
• Proven success managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements.
• Certifications in PMO frameworks (PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, SAFe Portfolio Management).
• Deep experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, DAD) and hybrid delivery.
• Familiar with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting models).
• Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy and measurable value.
• Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and roadmaps, including budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Oversee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA).
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project issues, with robust mitigation and escalation plans.
• Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring visibility and transparency.
• Promote a culture of accountability, governance, and performance excellence across teams.
• Partner with C-level executives to balance innovation, risk, and compliance in all program decisions.

OUR OPPORTUN ITY

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector , ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and strategic goals . This role requires strong expertise in program governance, risk and compliance management, and cross-team leadership .

The Program Manager will establish and enforce best practices, delivery frameworks, and team accountability models , ensuring project managers and delivery teams consistently operate at the highest standards.

T O BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management , with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements .
• Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks (PMO models, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP , SAFe Portfolio Management) .
• Deep expertise in Agile at scale ( SAFe , LeSS , or Disciplined Agile Delivery) and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration .
