A leading building products firm in Dallas seeks a Vice President (VP) of IT Infrastructure to oversee the organization’s technology backbone, including network management, disaster recovery plans, and team leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. This role emphasizes analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while fostering innovation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in IT infrastructure management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in managing multi-site, multi-continent, multi-lingual teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network architectures ensuring high availability and security.
• Manage enterprise telephony solutions including VoIP.
• Supervise data center operations for operational excellence.
• Lead cloud migration projects ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
• Mentor departmental staff fostering a collaborative environment.
