Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or equivalent domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience with product or platform-wide release management.
• Industry experience with institutional clients (e.g., performance analytics software like FactSet).
• Knowledge of systems/software development lifecycle.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, release management, and performance reporting.
• Oversee change management to meet risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines, resources, blockers, and stakeholder liaison.
• Assess platform readiness for client migration to new operating model.
• Collaborate with development teams on roadmap, requirements, testing, and training.
• Work with Performance Operations and Product teams to understand client behavior.
• Support staffing decisions and guide less experienced team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal management.
• Document and resolve production issues pre- and post-migration; verify analytics.
• Provide migration status updates and present findings at stakeholder meetings.
