Job summary

Antares in Atlanta is seeking a VP, Lead Engineer - Infrastructure Operations to own and optimize enterprise infrastructure across cloud, servers, endpoints, identity services, and networking. You will lead onshore/offshore engineers, coordinate with cloud teams, and drive secure, reliable operation of critical services.

The role reports to the SVP and requires hands-on leadership, governance, and strong expertise in multi-domain infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering across systems, cloud, and networking.
• 5+ years of leading technical teams with offshore or distributed resources.
• Strong experience with server OS administration, directory services, group policy, and patch management.
• Experience with cloud-hosted IaaS workloads and endpoint management.
• Experience with identity services, service accounts, and certificate-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services.
• Manage cloud-hosted servers, identity services, databases, and applications at OS level.
• Oversee patch management, software installation, and configuration across servers and endpoints.
• Ensure patch compliance and secure end-user computing environment.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation workflows with segregation of duties.
• Coordinate incident response and vendor interactions for infrastructure incidents.
• Governance: enforce standards, change management, and documentation across systems and networks.
