Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with VP or senior director level leadership
• Proven track record in a PE-backed SaaS organization and ability to report to the board
• Deep experience marketing to middle-market buyers and driving measurable pipeline
• Strong ABM programs, content strategy, and multi-channel demand generation
• Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing initiatives
• Ability to build and scale a marketing team and budget with strong ROI focus
• Excellent cross-functional partnership with Sales and product teams

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy delivering qualified pipeline to sales
• Own MQL/SQL targets and build clear attribution reporting
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars and events
• Define ICPs, messaging, and pipeline velocity with Sales leadership
• Lead organic search strategy including traditional SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives
• Create and manage a scalable content engine with whitepapers, case studies, blogs, video and webinars
• Oversee events strategy including conferences and executive events
• Develop GTM messaging, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence
• Partner with CRO to align on plays and target accounts
• Define brand positioning and thought leadership to raise market profile
• Build and manage a marketing team and budget with OKRs/KPIs and board reporting
