Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate growth, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and enhance brand recognition. Collaborate with the CEO and ELT to align priorities and establish data-driven performance metrics.
- Growth & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize marketing budgets across paid and organic channels to maximize ROI. Lead strategies for acquisition channels such as social, search, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms, while working with Product and Analytics teams to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Brand & Creative Development: Elevate brand presence by working with the Design team to create compelling assets. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and drive storytelling through content, product marketing, partnerships, and media.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Strategy, Analytics, Operations, and CX teams to align on go-to-market strategies, support the student experience, and foster shared accountability.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and scale a high-performing marketing team by hiring, coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What You Bring
- Strategic Marketing Experience: 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles within direct-to-consumer companies. Proven success in scaling high-growth organizations and managing multi-million dollar budgets to drive customer acquisition and LTV.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Expertise in growth marketing across multiple channels, with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and improve metrics like CAC and LTV. Ability to think full funnel and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Brand & Creative Skills: Experience managing creative development from concept to execution, with a knack for storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Hands-on leader skilled in building and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Former founders are encouraged to apply.
