• Lead D2C marketing strategy including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and local activation.
• Build diversified lead generation and scalable growth engines.

• Partner with Operations and the Contact Center to optimize the patient funnel.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing marketing team with accountability.
