Overview

Sprinklr is an AI-native Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified‑CXM) platform that delivers unified customer engagement and insights across social media, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact center management. Over 1,900 enterprises, including 60% of the Fortune 100, rely on Sprinklr to unify data, break down silos, and act on real‑time insights.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Ecosystem Leadership – Lead the ongoing transformation of Sprinklr’s partner ecosystem into a revenue‑driven operating model focused on pipeline creation, customer growth, and measurable outcomes; drive cultural change and reinforce accountability across the alliance organization.
  • Revenue Ownership & Partner‑Led Growth – Establish and operationalize a partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue model with clear attribution and forecasting; embed partners throughout the customer lifecycle; drive co‑sell discipline with Sales, including joint account planning, deal inspection, and governance.
  • Scale Partner‑Delivered Services – Expand service capacity to increase attach rates, accelerate time‑to‑value, and improve gross margins; build industry‑specific and solution‑based partner plays for CX, Contact Center, and AI‑driven insights.
  • Partner Enablement & Performance – Implement partner enablement frameworks (training, certifications, sales toolkits); establish KPIs to measure performance, pipeline contribution, and customer impact; lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Reviews.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute joint initiatives; collaborate with the Partner Program team on competencies, tiers, and incentives; serve as executive sponsor for key alliances.
  • Market Expansion & Innovation – Grow and scale a nascent channel; drive global expansion through regional reseller recruitment and enablement; co‑develop joint value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies; leverage partner insights to inform product innovation.
  • Operational Excellence – Ensure rigorous governance, reporting, and communication across the partner ecosystem; develop a service delivery strategy that leverages internal resources and external partners; continuously assess market trends and competitive dynamics to refine strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in global partner and alliance leadership within a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Proven success building and scaling global partner ecosystems, including systems integrators, independent software vendors, cloud platforms, and resellers.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, customer success, and market expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of partner business models, market dynamics, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead, collaborate, and influence cross‑functional teams.

Job Req Compensation Range

$236,000 – $394,000 (base salary). The successful candidate may also be eligible for Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
