Booking Holdings, the world leader in online travel services, seeks a Head of Finance Transformation & Data Analytics to build and lead a new Finance Operations & Data Analytics function for its growing B2B business. Reporting to the CFO, you will establish data, analytics, and AI capabilities to scale a multi-billion-dollar operation with timely executive insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean certs and PM credentials.
• Experience in large, matrixed corporations.
• Strong data and analytics agility across finance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the finance data and analytics strategy for the new B2B segment.
• Establish a centralized, trusted data repository for reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Define enterprise finance KPIs, data lineage and governance for consistent reporting.
• Partner to build a finance semantic layer enabling self-service reporting.
• Create a multi-year roadmap for data modernization and executive dashboards.
• Deliver scalable reporting to inform leadership on performance and priorities.
