Job summary

Maybell Quantum Industries is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the company’s finance organization through its next growth phase. You will own the financial strategy, planning, and reporting, and partner with executives and the Board to deploy capital wisely in a hardware manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including startup/manufacturing exposure.
• Experience leading a finance function with strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Proven track record in venture-backed or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive owner of the finance function and strategic advisor to CEO and Board.
• Develop and deliver financial strategy, operating plans, and capital allocation.
• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and capital expenditures.
• Manage controls, reporting, and audits; coordinate with external advisors.
