Job summary

Maybell Quantum Industries seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance organization through a period of rapid growth. You will own financial strategy, planning, capital strategy, and reporting as part of the executive team.

You will shape where and how capital is deployed, build scalable financial infrastructure for hardware manufacturing, and provide judgment to guide major company decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including large startup, manufacturing, or hardware-centric environments.
• Experience leading a finance function with strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Track record in fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and provide strategic advisory to CEO, executive team, and Board.
• Develop and manage financial strategy, operating plan, and capital allocation framework.
• Lead manufacturing finance: cost accounting, BOMs, yields, working capital, pricing, and program economics.
• Oversee reporting, controls, audits, tax, and regulatory compliance across domestic and international entities.
• Partner with leadership on ERP, planning, and BI systems in a fast-growing hardware company.
• Model strategic opportunities, partnerships, and capital planning for sustained growth.
