The Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky (BIA) / Enzweiler Building Institute (EBI) seeks a VP of Finance to lead the enterprise's financial operations from its Erlanger headquarters. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to support growth, workforce development, and regional economic impact.

You will build scalable systems, strengthen internal controls, manage budgeting and multi‑year planning, and partner with Boards and senior leaders to guide risk,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience with nonprofit/ grant management experience preferred.
• Strong command of GAAP, advanced Excel, and financial modeling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, multi‑year forecasting, financial modeling, cash‑flow planning, and long-range financial plans (3,5,10 years).
• Develop capital, reserve, debt, investment, and liquidity strategies to support growth and sustainability.
• Provide independent financial analysis and strategic recommendations to CEO, senior leadership, and Boards.
