Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded SVP of Finance to lead the finance function through its next growth stage. You will own the financial operating system end to end—planning, forecasting, cash management, and executive reporting with accounting oversight, audit, tax, controls, systems, and team development.

The role blends executive judgment with operating depth, influencing decisions on growth, pricing, hiring, product investment, and capital allocation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in a growth-stage tech company.
• Strong experience across strategic finance and accounting/controllership.
• Direct experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or similar.
• Mergers and acquisitions experience from both sides of the transaction.
• ASC 606 revenue recognition for complex multi-element deals.
• Ability to build or improve three-statement models and executive reporting.
• Experience working with Boards, investors, auditors, tax advisors, banks.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy and partner with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead planning, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and quarterly Board materials.
• Oversee accounting, controllership, and external audit; ensure compliance.
• Manage cash, treasury, collections, and risk across entities.
• Build a high-performing, scalable finance organization.
