Job summary

This senior role requires a Master’s degree in Business Management and a valid driver’s license, with a highly competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience - Master’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation.
• Guide and direct management in development and growth of the company as a whole and within divisions through sales of new business, expansion of existing business, removal of obstacles prohibiting growth, and clear goals.
• Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
• Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution.
• Create the structure and operations organization to manage the company’s business activities and its projected growth with visibility to talent and retention.
• Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and information flow aligned with Sr. Leadership directives.
