You will lead the finance organization, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, working capital, internal controls, inventory valuation, production costing and long-range planning. The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership in seasonal, inventory-intensive manufacturing, deep cash flow and manufacturing economics

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance organization, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, working capital, internal controls, inventory valuation, production costing and long-range planning.
• Partner with the executive team to strengthen financial visibility and performance management.
• Build scalable systems and processes to support growth.
