You will lead initiatives around working capital optimization, margins, and plant-level economics, while guiding acquisition integration in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CFO experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience partnering with CEO and driving growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of plant-level economics, inventory, working capital, margins and acquisition integration

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the finance function and drive operational performance to support growth
• Build systems and processes to scale the business from a single-site to multi-site platform
• Lead financial planning, reporting and integration of acquisitions in a PE-backed setting
