You will lead the finance organization, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, working capital, internal controls, inventory valuation, production costing and long-range planning. The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership in seasonal, inventory-intensive manufacturing, deep cash flow and manufacturing economics

The Vice President of Finance will lead the client’s finance organization, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, working capital, internal controls, inventory valuation, production costing and long-range planning. The company is a growing, private equity-backed agricultural crop input manufacturer with a differentiated portfolio of biologicals, fertilizers, seed treatments and plant health solutions sold through an independent dealer network.

The ideal candidate will bring progressive finance leadership experience in a seasonal, inventory-intensive manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of cash flow, operational finance and manufacturing economics. This individual must combine strategic financial leadership with a hands-on, player-coach approach, strengthen financial visibility and performance management, build scalable systems and processes, and serve as a trusted partner to the executive team and board as the company enters its next phase of growth.
