Jet Parts Engineering, headquartered in Seattle, seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations in a fast-paced, public-company environment under TransDigm Group ownership. You will oversee accounting, finance, HR, and BI teams, ensuring timely GAAP reporting and strong internal controls.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and post-close integration for acquisitions, while partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities and ERP/HRIS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership, including senior executive responsibility.
• Multi-entity consolidation and public company reporting (U.S. GAAP, SEC, SOX).
• M&A experience across diligence, valuation, and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across multiple entities.
• Own the monthly close and reporting to corporate with GAAP-compliant statements.
• Lead post-close integration across finance, IT, HR and reporting.
• Oversee HR, compensation, recruitment, and workforce planning.
