Job summary

Jet Parts Engineering in Seattle seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the Finance, HR and BI teams within TransDigm's public-company framework. You will own monthly close, GAAP reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and post‑close integration, while ensuring controls and timely, accurate statements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior finance roles in aerospace/manufacturing, multi‑entity consolidation, SEC/SOX experience, and ERP/Power BI proficiency, with executive presence to work

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership, including senior executive responsibility.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and U.S. GAAP/SEC/SOX reporting.
• M&A experience across diligence, valuation, and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across multiple operating companies.
• Own the monthly close and timely GAAP reporting to TransDigm corporate.
• Review results with senior management, quantify risk, and drive actions to improve profit.
• Lead annual business plan and monthly P&L forecasts.
• Direct executive leadership with President and parent-company leadership.
• Oversee ERP, payroll, benefits, and HRIS implementations and drive standardization across finance and administration.
