  • Career Growth: Ideal for an experienced Controller or Finance Manager ready to expand into a broader executive leadership role.
  • Make a Real Impact: Take ownership of the finance function and help strengthen the financial systems, processes, and strategies that support company growth.
  • Strategic Influence: Play an important role in financial planning, business decisions, operational improvements, and long-term strategy.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Build, mentor, and develop a strong finance team while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Growth-Focused Environment: Join an established manufacturing business with private equity support and opportunities for continued operational expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Experience with financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, operating results, cash flow, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations that improve profitability and support strategic decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and lender reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership on business planning, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Support ERP enhancements and technology improvements that strengthen financial management.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
