The Vice President of Enterprise Business Systems will lead our strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of all business systems within the Authority Brands network. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, the role involves leading a team of solution architects, application developers, CRM managers, and M&A integration specialists to convert operational challenges into scalable solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, bridging the gap between business partners and technology solutions, serving as a liaison between IT and business units.
• Enhance relationship maturity within the company by assessing and improving brand engagement with IT.
• Lead cross-enterprise discovery exercises to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous optimization.
• Ensure integration of critical systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.) aligns with business workflows and strategic goals.
• Develop deep knowledge in IT and business domains to identify needs and craft solutions.
• Champion user-centric design principles to enhance system adoption and user experience.
• Provide leadership for application teams, monitor emerging technologies, and foster a culture of autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver innovative enterprise IT solutions.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
• At least five (5) years of experience managing technology teams, overseeing expenses, and delivering technology services.

Experience

• Proficiency in IT applications and system integrations (e.g., AI, PowerBI, Digital Commerce).
• Thoughtful leadership with a strategic understanding of the landscape, stakeholder needs, and decision impacts.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and improve organizational effectiveness and program performance.
• Effective communication skills to share learnings and influence business partners.
• Decisiveness with supporting rationale.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Adaptability to ambiguous environments and handling uncertain situations professionally.
