SSP is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance in a high-mix CNC environment for aerospace components. Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling.
• Drive product development, process improvement, and cost-competitive manufacturing.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance and successful customer audits.
• Lead strategic initiatives, capital planning, and budgeting for engineering.
• Mentor managers and build a strong technical leadership pipeline.
