Job summary

You will lead an experienced team across mechanical design, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLC/controls, and automation, while shaping sourcing and manufacturing capability to drive product launches and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BSME or BSEE) strongly preferred.
• Stable career history with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-project R&D and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform the engineering function with strategic priorities and accountability.
• Drive R&D and product innovation from concept through production launches.
• Standardize engineering processes and design reviews for on-time delivery.
• Oversee mechanical design, fluid power loops, and PLC/controls integration.
• Optimize internal vs. external manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
