• Drive R&D and product development from concept to production with improved timelines.
• Improve processes and drive disciplined, efficient engineering practices.
• Develop better products focusing on quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical engineering, product design, robotics, automation, and manufacturing initiatives.
• Leverage automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC controls expertise.
• Optimize manufacturing with smart sourcing decisions and capacity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and others.
