The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years hands-on telecom experience, 7+ years in engineering leadership, and a BS in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Strategy & Execution: translate company goals into engineering roadmaps and deploy.
• Operational Oversight: manage daily engineering operations, resources, milestones and budget.
• Partner with executives to convert business requirements into roadmaps.
• Security Leadership: oversee cybersecurity to harden critical platforms.
• Team Development: coach, review performance, and recruit top engineering talent.
