• Bridge Spring Boot and MongoDB so the two halves of Public Affairs Institute's platform finally talk.
• Ship the trust-based Creativity features that move Public Affairs Institute's technology roadmap forward.
• Own a technology service end to end, from Scrum schema to on-call rotation.
• Sketch the Scrum architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing.
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Bellevue, NE production without dropping the baton.
