Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive architecture, ensure quality with TDD/BDD, and collaborate with stakeholders while leveraging AWS cloud services and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

Qualifications

• 14–15 years of software development experience with leadership.
• Strong hands-on with Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade backend and frontend apps.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and automated deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise apps using Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Provide technical leadership to teams, ensure coding standards and architectural principles.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Develop frontend apps with Angular or React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Implement asynchronous messaging with Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Design and optimize databases using relational and NoSQL systems.
• Build and maintain cloud-native apps on AWS and related services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub, and automation tooling.
• Containerize apps with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift and manage deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Apply Agile Scrum, DevOps, TDD, and BDD practices.
