Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with relational databases, NoSQL stores, and complex query design.
• Experience working with sensitive HR data and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build full-stack, enterprise-grade platforms using Python, Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS.
• Architect and develop secure, compliant systems for HR technology.
• Provide strong technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.
