• Pull HFF's Ansible stack out of the WA region before migration deadline.
• Sketch the Webpack architecture, defend it, then implement it.
• Build tooling that speeds up Kent engineers.
• Develop cross-functional collaboration features to win back WA accounts.
• Ship Flask fixes to Kent, WA customers the same day they’re reported.
• Translate PostgreSQL outages into durable fixes for future launches.
