Responsibilities

• Profile Ruby memory usage and chase down the leaks crashing Idaho Falls nodes.
• Document the GitHub Actions system so the next vp engineer onboards in days, not weeks.
• Mentor newer vp hires on how Boeing actually wires Webpack together.
• Stand up observability so Boeing sees failures before customers in ID do.
• Refine and maintain microservices that support Boeing customers in Idaho Falls, ID.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
• Catch the React race conditions that only surface under Idaho Falls peak traffic.
• Keep Boeing's People Management dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents.
