Job summary

TAKKT FoodServices, a leading distributor of food service equipment, seeks a Vice President of eCommerce to drive growth across our brands. Lead the eCommerce strategy, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with Marketing to align demand generation and conversions.

You will oversee analytics, digital transformation, site performance, and monetization initiatives while building and mentoring high-performing teams across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or online business growth.
• Proven success leading omnichannel and digital commerce initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Own and optimize the digital customer journey across all online touchpoints.
• Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and conversion strategies.
• Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to improve site performance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of modern eCommerce technologies.
• Oversee website performance, merchandising strategy, personalization, and conversion optimization.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting to measure business performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and investment decisions tied to digital growth initiatives.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing eCommerce teams.
