Job summary

TAKKT FoodServices is seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to lead our online strategy across brands and drive digital growth. You will oversee the customer journey, partner with Marketing, and guide analytics-driven improvements to site performance and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, digital strategy or online growth.
• Proven success leading omnichannel and digital commerce initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and guiding high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Own and optimize the digital customer journey across all online touchpoints.
• Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and conversion.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to improve site performance.
• Drive digital transformation and adoption of modern eCommerce technologies.
• Oversee website performance, merchandising, personalization, and conversion.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting to measure performance and engagement.
