Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in strategy & execution, product development or distribution in management consulting or internal strategy teams.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and partnering with marketing, technology, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across business segments, partnering internally to assess scale, feasibility, client impact, and strategic fit.
• Develop executive-level materials that frame recommendations, tradeoffs, progress, and decisions for stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate prioritized opportunities into detailed implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner across teams to deliver system, process, and operating changes to improve client experience.
