• 5–10+ years in strategy & execution / product development / distribution in wealth management, retail banking or consumer financial services
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to own initiatives and drive progress with minimal direction
• Experience delivering products or initiatives to retail clients with project management
• Strong influencing skills across marketing, technology and product

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across business segments, partnering to assess scale, feasibility, client impact, and strategic fit
• Develop executive-level materials framing recommendations, tradeoffs, progress and decisions for stakeholders
• Translate prioritized opportunities into detailed implementation plans with milestones, dependencies and risks
• Partner across teams to deliver system, process, and operating changes to improve client experience
