Angel Foundation™ seeks a strategic, relationship-driven fundraising leader to serve as its Vice President of Development. You will lead all fundraising, marketing, communications, and donor engagement to expand philanthropic support statewide, reporting to the President & CEO.

The role requires building a high-performing team, collaborating with the Board, community partners, and major donors to drive sustainable revenue growth and elevate the organization's visibility in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports growth and sustainability.
• Lead philanthropic revenue streams including major gifts, individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong donor pipeline with moves management.
• Identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
• Establish fundraising goals and metrics to drive accountability.
