Job summary

Climate Solutions Fund (CSF) is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead fundraising, including with the rapidly evolving world of AI and tech. You will own the strategy, expand the funder pipeline, and work directly with CSF's Co-Founders and executive team to translate our mission into resources for rapid growth.

This full-time, exempt role is remote with a preference for New York, NY, Washington, DC, or San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in fundraising or external affairs.
• Proven track record of cultivating and closing major gifts.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals or foundations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own CSF's fundraising strategy, targets, and pipeline.
• Draft funding proposals, grant applications, and donor communications.
• Manage donor activity, pipeline status, and giving history.
• Report fundraising metrics and progress to the President.
• Oversee grant tracking, gift processing, and acknowledgments.
• Help define the team and infrastructure as CSF scales.
