Job summary

LeadingAge Wisconsin seeks a Finance Policy/Data Analyst to craft data-driven payment policy positions in collaboration with the President/CEO and key committees. You will analyze cost reports, utilization data, and reimbursement trends to inform advocacy and member guidance.

You will monitor regulatory changes, model Medicare/Medicaid scenarios, and prepare education tools for members. You will also support budgeting and strategic growth alongside the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, public policy, or related field required.
• Advanced degrees preferred for deeper policy and research capabilities.
• Strong data collection and analysis proficiency, with ability to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory and sub-regulatory changes and related processes.
• Analyze cost reports, claims, and utilization data to inform policy positions.
• Model Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement scenarios to support member messaging.
• Develop education materials and seminars for members on reimbursement topics.
• Assist in budgeting with President/CEO and Finance Committee.
