This role will build and lead the data function, modernize platforms, establish responsible governance, and deliver scalable data and AI capabilities aligned with business strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and technology leadership with significant enterprise level experience


• Deep expertise in data governance, analytics, data management, modern data platforms, and architecture


• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, privacy, security, regulatory, and ethical data practices


• Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution and influence executive stakeholders


• Proven success delivering large scale data, analytics, and AI initiatives with measurable outcomes


• Experience building and leading high performing cross functional teams through change and ambiguity

• Strong external vendor and professional relationships within the data, analytics, AI, and technology ecosystem

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
