Mission:

The Vice President of Data Accountability and Compliance leads the development, implementation, and enforcement of data governance and compliance strategies across the organization, focused on PEIMS and state compliance. VP will ensure that data handling practices align with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies while promoting a culture of transparency and accountability in data management.

Location:

This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.

Required experience:

Compensation & Benefits:

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $131,000 and $158,500, u00A0commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
