Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a seasoned VP, Information Security & Cybersecurity to lead the enterprise security strategy, protect people, data, and applications, and enable secure business operations across the digital ecosystem.

You will head cyber defense, identity and access management, threat intelligence, incident response, risk governance, and third-party security, partnering with technology leadership and risk, legal, and audit teams to drive a risk-based program.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in information security or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of leadership managing cybersecurity teams.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity transformation.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, IAM, cloud, application security, vulnerability management, incident response, and cyber risk.
• Experience managing significant budgets and strategic vendors.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Lead enterprise security operations and cyber defense.
• Establish and maintain the enterprise incident response program.
• Partner with technology leadership, risk, legal, compliance, and audit teams to align security with business goals.
• Establish strong identity and access security practices.
• Lead vulnerability and threat management.
• Establish enterprise information security architecture.
• Define security requirements for applications, data, and digital platforms.
• Manage third-party cyber risk and vendor security controls.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Lead security budgeting and vendor management.
